Up and running

You've been up and running for a while. You've got a few regular clients, or a stable source of new business. You want to keep your clients happy, so you start to put more and more energy into pleasing your key clients. There's plenty of work coming in, possibly more than you can cope with, and it's easy to neglect the business building activities that will keep your company growing. If you're not careful you'll fall into the trap of becoming over dependent on a few major clients, so your focus has to be keep new business coming in and stop any of your customes from taking up too much of your time

  3. Who ese can we sell to? How do we broaden our client base?
  4. What is our niche?
  5. How do we avoid becoming over-dependent on that big client we just won?
  6. How do we get the most out of our marketing spend?
  7. How tech-savvy is our marketing? How green is it?

Our Growth programme takes you through each of these questions over a period of six months. We'll meet with you a full day each month to work with key staff and management and turn your fledgling business into something scalable that can grow rapidly but in control.
