The 20boxes process has 4 steps.

1. Audit ("Where are we now?")
2. Vision ("What makes us special?")
3. Strategy ("What does our business look like?")
4. Implementation ("How do we communicate it?")

The process is designed to be as flexible as possible. If you would like us to carry out an Audit on its own, we are happy to do that and you are then free to act on our findings in any way you wish.

Similarly, if you decide you would like us only to perform an Audit and help you develop a Vision, you are then free to implement that Vision for yourself.

Alternatively, you may ask us to carry out the Audit, help you develop a Vision, and create a Plan to deliver against that Vision, but you may prefer to manage implementation of the Plan yourself.

Finally, you may decide that you want someone to take on management of the whole process, including finding some - or all - of the necessary suppliers (or using your own choice), briefing them, and managing their work. We are equally happy to take on that role.
